Our first restaurant, Maxwell’s Bar & Grill, was founded in 1972 with the idea to bring good quality American casual dining to the London restaurant scene. Now on King Street, Maxwell’s is one of Covent Garden's most established restaurants, and remains a favourite amongst locals and tourists visiting London’s West End.

In the early 1990’s, PJ’s Chelsea Brasserie opened it’s doors. It has been at the forefront of Chelsea’s bustling social scene since, offering welcoming and relaxed yet sophisticated dining.

Over the course of the following few years, Palm Court Brasserie and Boulevard Brasserie opened in Covent Garden, serving traditional French cuisine.

After years’ of operating a collection of successful London based restaurants we turned to a new venture, opening Old Compton Brasserie in London’s Soho district in September 2018.
